We know you’re eager to get your new bit of tech, so here’s a guide on how long it’ll take before your order reaches you.
COVID 19 Delays
Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control, some products may have a delay in reaching you. This can be up to 4 weeks, however is often shorter than this. We use major New Zealand suppliers and distributors so you can rest assured your order will be sent as quickly as possible. If there is any delay on your order we will notify you as soon as we know. In these circumstances, we can offer you a refund or a substitute product.
Most of our orders are dispatched on the same day, if not the morning after.
Estimated Shipping Times after your order has been sent are:
South Island (Non-Rural Address) 1-2 working days
South Island (Rural Address) 1-4 working days
North Island (Non-Rural Address) 1-3 working days
North Island (Rural Address) 1-5 working days
After making your order, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your parcel as it makes its way to your doorstep.
Occasionally our suppliers will ship goods with a different courier company - this will be contained in the tracking information that comes to you.
We currently do not ship outside NZ
After receiving your shipping confirmation, please keep a look out for the tracking link. Enquiries regarding your parcel can be lodged from within the tracking page.
