Level 2 Update - 9/9/21


Our orders are going out the door as normal.

Some products which are shipped directly from Auckland and are classed as non-essential goods with suppliers may have a delay in dispatch. If there is any hold up on your order beyond a week we will let you know.

The majority of orders are being shipped within 24 hours of an order being placed.

There is still huge demand on the courier network so please keep an eye on your tracking link for updates. Any courier enquiries please direct to the courier as shown on your tracking link.

Level 3 Update - 1/9/21

We’re back and shipping most orders again!

There are some delays on products that are shipped directly from Auckland, as well as increased courier demand across the country.

Please ensure your delivery address is able to receive parcels in a secure, contactless way before placing your order

Level 4 Update - 23/08/21

We are unfortunately unable to process orders during COVID-19 Level 4 restrictions as our products are not classed as essential goods.

We are still accepting orders, and all orders will be sent as soon as Christchurch has Level 3 restrictions or below.

We apologise for any delays this may mean for you, and we'll be getting orders ready to go out the door as soon as they can.

Some customers may receive a tracking link with no tracking information. This is sent automatically after your order has been packaged and prepared at our office. This link is still valid and will show tracking information once parcels have been picked up by the courier.

If you're a business, please ensure the shipping address is able to accept deliveries.
