Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 working days. We stock popular products at our office in Christchurch, and others are shipped direct from NZ suppliers to you.

We use NZ Couriers, who offer overnight delivery to most main centres around New Zealand, and 2-day delivery to rural locations.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking update from us as soon as your order has been shipped

We strongly recommend using a licensed electrician whenever you're getting near mains wiring.

Legally, if you own your own home, you are able to make small electrical modifications yourself provided you know what you're doing!

If you need to return your product, no worries. We'll send you a prepaid courier bag to send your product back to us, and offer a refund, repair or replacement, whichever is the most suitable!
